Refund policy

One free revision, and a refund if we can't fix it.

Every order includes at least one free revision. Tell us what is wrong and we fix it.
If the delivered ad doesn't match what you asked for and a revision can't fix it, we refund you in full.
Ask within 14 days of delivery by replying to your delivery email or writing to [email protected].
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If we can't deliver at all, for any reason, you get a full refund without asking.
