Privacy policy

What we collect

• Public business information. To make a sample ad we read your business's own public website: what you sell, your public address and your published business email. We do not use other sites, maps or review sites.
• Sample page activity. When someone opens a private sample page, we record that it was viewed, how much of the video played, and whether a checkout button was clicked. We set no cookies and use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our server and Cloudflare (which hosts the pages) keep ordinary access logs with the visitor's IP address, browser type and time of visit, kept briefly for security.
• Orders. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep what you send in the order form (wording, contact details, logo and photos) to make and support your ad.

What we do with it

We use it only to make, deliver and support your ad, and to send the few emails described in our outreach. We do not sell or share it, except with the services that run this business (Stripe for payments, our email provider for sending mail, Cloudflare for hosting, and Google Drive, where we review sample ads before they are sent).

How long we keep it

Private sample pages and their videos are deleted 30 days after we first email you if you don't order or reply, including the review copy we keep in our private Google Drive. After that we keep only the business record itself (name, public address, the facts we used, the contact address we wrote to) and the page's view counts, so that we never contact you again by mistake; write to us and we delete those too. Order materials are kept as long as needed to deliver and support your order, and deleted sooner on request.

Stopping emails

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and replying "stop" works too. Once you opt out we never email you again.
