Sample listing: licensed stock photos of a real house, invented address, price and agent. Not a real property. Your video uses your own listing photos.

How it works

1. You send the listing. 10 to 20 photos in tour order, the room each one shows, and the facts: price, beds, baths, square feet, up to eight features exactly as written in the listing.
2. Nothing in the photos changes. No generation, no retouching, no AI edits. A photo you declare as virtually staged is labelled on screen.
3. Captions land on the right photo. Each caption can only sit on a photo of the room it describes; the build stops if it does not match. Garage, lot and roof with no photo go on a plain text card. Every line passes a fair-housing language check.
4. Three cuts in two days. Vertical for Reels and Shorts, horizontal for YouTube and your site, and an unbranded cut for MLS virtual-tour fields, plus an SRT caption file. One revision included.

Questions

Do you edit the photos?

No. Nothing is generated, added, removed or AI-edited. If you ask, a small exposure lift and nothing else.

Whose photos can you use?

Yours, or your photographer's with permission. You confirm that on the order form. We never pull photos from listing portals.

Can you write the captions?

We use only the listing's facts in your words: price, beds, baths, square feet and the features you list. No added adjectives. Every line passes a fair-housing language check; if a line fails, we ask you for different wording.

What is the unbranded cut for?

MLS virtual-tour fields and portals that forbid agent branding. Same video, no agent card.

Is the voice-over real?

A stock synthetic voice reading only the facts you gave, and the video says so. Included in the five-listing pack; an add-on on a single listing.

Why does the sample say 'not a real property'?

It is built from licensed stock photos of a real house with an invented address, price and agent, so no real listing is shown without its agent's say-so.
